User Story

As a user, I want to be able to become a foxfooder via a website/app without needing to download a specific build so that the process of signing up is much easier.

Acceptance Criteria:
- User must be able to opt-in to foxfooding using their existing build
- When opting in, user must fill in email address that is sent to Mozilla (via same mechanism as Participation Hub)
- User must be able to opt-out of foxfooding using the same app/website
