When minimize Mozilla, it minimizes, then pops back (Restors) imediatly by itself.

When you first start Mozilla and then imediatly attempt to minimize by using
the, '_' button in the upper right corner, Mozilla immediatly restors back to
it's original size and location.

If you move Mozilla so you can open another folder or start another program,
Mozilla stops doing this.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Mozilla
2. Minimize Mozilla


Actual Results:  Mozilla not minimized

Expected Results:  Mozilla should stay minimized

There has to be no other applications running.

If another application is started, the problem goes away.

Then, if you quit all other applications again, it comes back.
