perfect
I could reproduce this on my windows 7, firefox developer edition(today's build of course)
moving to something more appropriate

I constantly see those black lines. It's not necessary for videos to be 720p or 1080p
Reliable STR:
1. Make sure you're using firefox with DPI == 100%; also, zoom level must be 100%.
2. Open http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A8a6kHQN9BA , set Quality -> 360p
3. Open Responsive Design Mode (Ctrl+Shift+M), set dimentions -> 1366x700
4. Skip the ads
5. Make sure that <video> element has dimentions 854x480

Result: there's a black 1px line at the right side of the video

Notes:
 1) I see RED 1px line if I open Style editor and create stylesheet "video{ background:red; }"
 2) I do NOT see red line if I do the following:
save the video above locally, then upload it on Dropbox (to create a URL of that video), then
set that URL to <video> element having height==480px and width==854px and background==red
  (on a self-made webpage).
 3) I still see red line after setting the URL from Note (2) to <video> element on Youtube.
 4) The video file I saved has dimentions 640x360, and (640/360)*480==853.333
That's approximately 853px which is exactly 1px narrower than 854px (those calculations show
the video's width after resizing). So 1px line is somehow expected result. Though see Notes 2-3

So, the video is aligned inside <video> element differently; depending on the styling and html о_О

This issue is reproducible when setting the video quality on 240p.

Hello!
This issue has been reproducing for a while, will it be more efficient if I log a new issue or reopen this one and change the title accordingly?
