Expected results:

MDN should document all the vendor-specific CSS pseudo-elements and pseudo-classes which are used to style <input>s.
Standardization in this area sadly seems to be progressing pretty slowly.

Non-MDN docs to consult:
* IE/Edge:
  * https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/hh869604(v=vs.85).aspx
  * https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/hh869602(v=vs.85).aspx
* Gecko:  ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
* WebKit/Blink:
  * Couldn't find any first-party docs, but see https://www.tjvantoll.com/2013/04/15/list-of-pseudo-elements-to-style-form-controls/ and its "Resources" section
