I went to http://www.twitch.tv/yogscast

I have tried this issue in http://www.twitch.tv/yogscast
It's seems fine for me on linux, 64 bit with latest Nightly 45.0a1 (2015-12-06) ( Build ID: 20151206030448)!

Can you try to reproduce it with a new profile?
see how to open new profile, https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles

And also see what happens in safe mode?

Intermittently reproduce this issue on http://www.twitch.tv/yogscast with Nightly 45.0a1 (2015-12-13), on Windows 8.1: indeed, in the first video, the speaker was jittery in FF, but with Chrome too; bug is 50% reproducible, each time i launch it
Nevertheless, I couldn't reproduce it every time, even by emptying my cache and continuing testing, i saw that video wasn't fluid sometimes on Chrome.

And I never seen any problem on other videos of this site, or other sites, like this one: http://www.boursorama.com/bourse/

Hi,
I have tested this on Win 10 x64 with FF Nightly 45.0a1(2015-12-13) and I can't reproduce this issue, I also try on Chrome and it works. Are you sure that this is not a site issue?
Please try what Nazir suggested in comment 1.
Windows 8.1 x64
Nightly 46.0a1 (2015-12-15)
Bug not reproduced with a clean profile.
Not reproduced too on previous profile (Note: I updated Nightly from 45 to 46)
