Details

nsIXmlRpc* is bad format. It should be nsIXMLRPC* (notice XML and RPC all capital letters). Dunno how many users this would break, but it would be a good idea to try and find that out first before doing this. If the cost of changing is demed too high, this can be closed as WONTFIX. Also keep in mind that changing filenames where can be troublesome in CVS...

Doing a google search shows that most common implementations use this same case setting. Besides the difficulty of doing the change in cvs.
