Description:
This issue is filed to separate the remaining issue unfixed in bug 1135293.

STR:
1) Go to Messages app and tap to compose a new message (or email app without an account repros it too)
2) Return to Home with keyboard up
3) Go back to Messages, and then quickly tap Home button

Expected: Keyboard does not come up at all on Home screen

Actual: Keyboard comes up for ~1 second on Home screen

Repro rate: 4/5 depending on timing

The original bug was a blocker, but this issue seems far less severe so I'm not nominating it.  Alison can I get your thoughts though?
