Precondition: Set your device language as  Russian.
1.Launch Contact app.
2.Tap gear icon -> Tap Outlook button.
3.The device enters sign in account page.

[3.Expected Result]: 
3.The header of page "sign in to your Microsoft account" should display correctly.

[4.Actual Result]:
3.The header of page "sign in to your Microsoft account" is displayed with truncation.
