If audio input is handled on the libcubeb level, then for Android and B2G it will have to deal with the Bluetooth support as well. From discussions with the B2G team, this also involves listening to connection events and connecting the relevant audio channel (SCO?).

Need to expose both a "default / follows" input/out that handles the device switching and the separate input devices (if due to privacy reasons switching to speaker or another mic is undesired).
