Details

Sometimes when browsing local files, the url for links is wrong and doesn't include the current folder.

If I navigate directly to file:///Users/<username> then all links are correct, including when I click through to the Downloads folder.

If I navigate to file:///Users/<username>/Downloads (via typing it into the url bar), then all links exclude 'Downloads' and are broken.
