Please deploy splice 2.0.2 to stage at your convenience:

We've fixed some issues in the data migration script, so just like the last deploy:

pre-deploy:
1. drop and recreate the database "tiles" in stage

post-deploy:
1. run the database migration "$manage.py db upgrade" in stage
2. copy the "tiles" database from prod to stage
3. run the data migration script "$python scripts/index_walker.py"
