Ryan Feeley has requested that the "spinner" in the "Sync Now" button in the panel be removed and that an ellipsis be added to the string "Syncing". Ideally we'd land this before the merge.

I was able to reproduce this issue on Firefox 45.0a2 (2015-12-09) under Windows 10 64-bit. Verified as fixed on Firefox 45.0a1 (2016-01-12) under Windows 10 64-bit, Ubuntu 12.04 32-bit and Mac OS X 10.10.5.
