1231540 - Incorrect icons animation happens while returning to the homescreen after pinning a web page in landscape mode

Description:
While returning to the homescreen after pinning a web page in landscape mode user will see incorrect icons animation. 

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Aries to 20151209121803
2) Goto home screens setting and change icon layout to the four columns
3) Hold phone in portrait mode and open the browser app
4) Navigate any web page (yahoo.com)
5) Rotate your phone to the landscape mode
6) Invoke 'three dot menu' and pin web page 
7) Press 'Home" button
8) Observe icons animation on the homescreen 

Actual:
Incorrect animation happens

Expected:
We do not expect any icons animation while user returns to the homescreen

This does occur on  Flame 2.6 and Flame 2.5
While returning to the homescreen after pinning a web page in landscape mode user will see incorrect icons animation.
