Description:
if the user is in an app and presses the home button to return to the homescreen they will see the app icons all shift downwards after a moment.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Aries to 20151209121803
2) Open any app
3) Press the home button
4) Observe homescreen as app minimizes

Actual:
The homescreen icons shift down

Expected:
It is expected that the user does not see the homescreen icons move while returning to the homescreen.

This issue DOES occur on Aries 2.5.
