Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.11; rv:45.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/45.0
Build ID: 20151207030210
Steps to reproduce:
I know my title is unclear (feel free to change it) but…
I would like to be able to activate the mode when you hover a node in the inspector, it shows the margin, padding, etc. I would like to be able to activate it even if I don't hover the node.

I've been talking about this several times in the recent past with various people (I think there are other bugs on file, not sure) and I agree this is useful.
We should stick an new "lock highlighter" option in the context menu.

Perfect Patrick, thanks. :) "lock highlighter" is what I wanted to mean.
