When we have support for ASan Firefox browser Windows builds, we should also have SpiderMonkey ASan Windows builds available on FTP or TaskCluster too.

Spoke to Steve in-person in Orlando and he mentions to assign this to him.

FWIW, shell-only builds work just fine with clang-cl; the next step is trying them out with ASan and seeing if they do anything useful.

Raymond, did you get the chance to see if shell-only ASan builds work?

This bug is about having SpiderMonkey ASan Windows builds available on FTP/TaskCluster, not just about whether it builds or not. Reopening.
