1232206 - Session restore opens windows which were closed before finishing the last session

STR:
1. Launch firefox, make sure you only have 1 window opened.
   Make sure that option "When Nightly starts:" is set to "Show my windows and tabs from last time"
2. Press Ctrl+N twice to open 2 new windows.
3. Close those two windows, then close the 1st window from Step 1
   [you must perform Step 3 in less than 3 seconds]
4. Launch firefox again

Result:       
 All 3 windows are restored (and the windows opened in wrong order)

Expectations: 
 Only the window from Step 1 should be restored. But just in case this is somehow
 expected behavior (it is not), the windows order should be correct.
