Details

1. click on synced tabs button 2. click on a link actual: open in current open tab expected: should open in new tab
It behaves as it does for bookmarks and history, replacing the current tab. Should it not?

good point. pretty all browser UI links open in current tab. My gut says new tab but that appears to conflict against legacy. closing.
