Steps to reproduce:
On a Lenovo Yoga 900 or other device with a high DPI screen, video controls on sites like YouTube and others appear very small.
Actual results:
The controls are very small, making it difficult to use them.
Expected results:
The controls should be normal sized

Could you please attach a screenshot? We should be rendering everything at the expected size on Windows 10 with high DPI screens.
