Install man2html (cgi for searching man pages)
Start Apache. Stand-alone server newly installed 1.3.22
point mozilla at http://debian/cgi-bin/man2html
Shows main page OK.
Click on any of the links and mozilla generates wrong url.
Generates e.g. http:/cgi/manwhatis?1
Should be: http://debian/cgi-bin/manwhatis?1
Netscape 4.79 does it right. Not tried Netscape 6.2.1 sorry.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Get + install debian package or rpm package man2html-cgi
2.Get Apache 1.3.22 install and start
3.point mozilla to http://localhost/cgi-bin/man2html
4.click on any link -- will go to http://www.cgi-bin.com -- wrong!

Actual Results: Goes to http://www.cgi-bin.com

Expected Results: must go to http://debian/cgi-bin/manwhatis?1

It does mean that you cannot use man2html with mozilla. I reinstalled netscape 4.79.
The urls that package generates are not valid. Details in the bug this is a
duplicate of.

Please file a bug on debian to ship a man2html which generates valid HTML.
