From Unity:

I noticed that on recent versions of Firefox, the latest Unity builds crash when trying to use WebGL 2.0 on my mac. Firefox 40 works ok, but 42 crashes during shader compilation.

Here’s a simple repro case:

(This is an empty project built with the latest Unity 5.4 alpha).

Is this related to updating ANGLE shader transpiler?

This should be fixed by the ANGLE update in bug 1232902
