option to check a date range prior to a certain build: 
ie. mozregression --launch 2015-08-25 --repo mozilla-central --app b2g-aries --ago 1m

This is to help start with a known old build.  

Possibly to have a doubling option so that end users don’t have to guess which build is good.  We should probably test to make sure that the build selected is good though if we do this.
