[1.Description]:
[Aries KK v2.5&master][Flame KK v2.5&master][Email]Log in an email account, during sync mail, then switch to Outbox folder while syncing mail, the "Loading Messages" string and refresh icon will display all the time.

[2.Testing Steps]: 
Precondition: Network is available.
1. Launch Email app and log in an account(such as: yahoo, gmail...). (Note: If you already log in an email account before, please launch Email app and tap refresh icon directly)
2. During sync mail, tap drawer icon on left top corner.
3. Select "Outbox".
4. Observe the Outbox folder screen.

4. The "Loading Messages" string and refresh icon should disappear after sync.

[4.Actual Result]: 
4. The "Loading Messages" string and refresh icon will display all the time.
