Right now submit is given a file location, but many of the other commands allow reading in data as a stream from stdin. Switch submit to also allow reading in data via stdin: cat metrics.ldjson | raptor submit [options]

Not urgent, but would be nice to make this the default before publishing raptor-submit to v1.0.0.
