Recently I am facing one problem that is word suggestion bar is not coming properly. 

Step to produce the problem :
open telegram app - write something - then send that message - now type something ------ But this time word suggestion bar is not coming. 

Now if you tap home button- then open the telegram app- at the time of writing something you will again get the word suggestion bar.

Expected results :
every time at the time of writing we should get the word suggestion bar.

I have faced this problem in other chatting app like Loqui IM. I hope this problem is general. 

As a example we can take #comment1 to reproduce the problem.
