Once all API bugs are done, we need to add the glue to the models/views/tasks/etc. That means: - Devhub view/UI to call search_and_attach_cert() - Task to call get_rating_changes() - Modifications in the right places to call publish() and unpublish() - Letting IARC know the URL to our PushCert implementation All this should be done behind the new waffle "iarc-upgrade-v2".

Fixed in https://github.com/mozilla/zamboni/commit/a8fe399d54e66ce949f55566763d040e9a3ceea4 Before turning the waffle on we'll need to add credentials in dev/stage and communicate our pushcert URL to IARC.
