Verified on Linux with build 2002020222 and NT 4 wih build 2002020103

Steps to reproduce :
- open the page setup dialog
- click inside one of any of the six Header value fields
- as soon as you hit a key, the content of the field is destroyed
- everytime you hit a key, the field is resetted and becomes blank again

Found while checking bug 120621

The same thing is happening on the footer for
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; WinNT4.0; en-US; rv:0.9.8) Gecko/20020204.
Fixed in 2002021303 , no more problems with Header - Footer, new values can be
entered, and are saved correctly.

bug 123342 , changes to "Page Scaling" value in page setup dialog ignored is
still there.
