Urlbar suggestions don't consider "http" / "https" as part of url, so they look broken if input contains those words

>>> My Info: Win7_64, Nightly 46, 32bit, ID 20151217030207 STR: 1. Create new profile, launch firefox using that profile 2. Open https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/ in a new tab 3. Open new tab 4. Type "http bugzilla.mozilla.org" in urlbar Result: Suggestions popup display only 1 suggestion: 1) "http bugzilla.mozilla.org - search with Google" Expectations: The popup should display 2 suggestions: 1) "http bugzilla.mozilla.org - search with Google" 2) "Bugzilla Main Page - Switch to tab" Note: History (Library) does display history item if I search for "http bugzilla.mozilla.org". Also, "http" / "https" part of protocol in each suggestion is highlighted. It IS possible to actually get some suggestions containing "http" / "https" if I: (A) only type "http" / "https" (B) visited some urls that contain "http" / "https" as a part of url/title. So this is clearly an inconsistency.
