Description:
If the user receives a notification during the FTU (SMS, Voicemail, Screenshot, System Update, etc.), the blue New Notification indicator bar will be present at the top of the screen after completing the FTU. Right when the user finishes or skips the FTU tutorial, just as this indicator is first appearing and the homescreen loads for the first time, the notification bar will briefly flicker from blue to magenta, then back to blue.
Repro Steps:
1) Update a Aries to 20151217122751
2) In the FTU, send an SMS to the device to prompt a notification
3) Progress through the FTU to the tutorial
4) Complete or Skip the tutorial, and watch the top of the screen for the New Notification bar
Actual:
New notification bar improperly changes to a magenta color briefly when exiting the FTE tutorial
Expected:
New Notification bar maintains the proper blue color.
Environmental Variables:
Device: Aries 2.6

Gaia is the same so it's a Gecko issue.
