[1.Description]:
[Aries v2.5&master][Flame v2.5&master]When user opens a notification from lockscreen, pin dialog and keyboard will appear then keyboard hide automatically, user will find it focus in text field but has no way to input pin code and they can't invoke keyboard by tapping text field.

[2.Testing Steps]: 
Prerequisite:Insert a SIM card to device with pin code, an unread SMS.
1. Turn on device.
2. Tap notification from lock screen.
3. Observe pin dialog.
4. Tap text field.

[3.Expected Result]: 
Step 3. No cursor is in text field.
Step 4. Keyboard pupup.

[4.Actual Result]: 
Step 3. Text field is in focused status and there is a cursor in text field.
Step 4. Can't invoke keyboard.

There's a workaround for this bug: Just tap anywhere on the Pin request dialog to defocus, and tap into Pin entering field again will bring up keyboard.

To answer the QAwanted question: Yes this also occurs on 2.2. Following STR, focus is on Pin field but no keyboard, user has to tap somewhere outside the Pin field to defocus, then tap Pin field to focus to bring up keyboard.
