Open the https://tw.dictionary.yahoo.com/, Firefox says ssl_error_next_protocol_data_invalid.
Other browsers:
Chrome 47.0.2526.106 m says ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR.
IE11 on Windows 10 looks works.
https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/analyze.html?d=tw.dictionary.yahoo.com says "Overall Rating B", looks works. "Next Protocol Negotiation (NPN) Yes http/1.1 http/1.0 ".
>curl -v https://tw.dictionary.yahoo.com/ says "curl: (35) error:140920E3:SSL routines:ssl3_get_server_hello:parse tlsext". "curl 7.45.0 (i386-pc-win32) libcurl/7.45.0 OpenSSL/1.0.2d".

hm, the page works for me on Chrome and Firefox. What's your OS? Windows 10?
Hmmm, the website works fine now. I don't see reason for it.
