In bug 1232473, we found that functionality for the Pocket UITour is not ideal for users already logged into Pocket. If we were to promote pocket via the UITour, we'll need to be able to determine if users are already logged in. This bug is created to add functionality that will allow the web/snippets to determine if a user is already logged into Pocket.
