Steps to reproduce:

The following pages were opened simultaneously using the "History" "Show All History" commands to bring up the "Library" Dialog Box and then highlighting all entries at one with the SHIFT button. Right click and "Open All in Tabs" command can then be used to open all tabs at once. One or more of the resulting YouTube videos displays the error message. The error message seems to occur more frequently on the tab loading https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pLShM_dGb2U or https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kDyJN7qQETA&feature=youtu.be
The issue was reproducible, but inconsistently so. 
If the user simply refreshes the pages with the error messages the videos play normally. 
Debug info from a page with the error message has been attached. 


Actual results:

One or more of the opened videos displayed the error message: "An error occurred. Please try again later."


Expected results:

All of the videos should have opened normally, without error messages. 

Using the latest stable version of Google Chrome the exact same videos were launched, but none resulted in an error.

Can you provide the graphics section of about:support? Can you check on what codecs you're using by right clicking on a playing YouTube video and selecting Stats for nerds?
