It does list OPENH264 VIDEO CODEC in the addons. Actual results: Nothing Expected results: It should have recognized this plugin and verified it was up to date

Summary: does not recognize OPENH264 VIDEO CODEC (xubuntu 15.01) → does not recognize OPENH264 VIDEO CODEC (xubuntu 15.10)
OPENH264 works on 43.0.1? Since this version MP4 videos doesn't work anything. It's a update problem ? I'm on Debian 8.

(In reply to stompin.tom@hotmail.com from comment #0) > Checked for plugins because flash player does not work- when I click to > check for updates, is says no plugins found! It does list OPENH264 VIDEO > CODEC in the addons. ... > It should have recognized this plugin and verified it was up to date That plugin is not detected by the PluginCheck site because it does not have any MIME Types associated with it. I have a test page to show which plugins are exposed to websites using two different methods (PluginCheck uses the second method): https://www.jeffersonscher.com/res/plugins.html
PluginCheck is no longer supported
