My setup is such that my mozilla source is in ~/fast/work/tip/mozilla and my obj-dir is ~/fast/work/tip/fb-rel. I've got ~/work as a symlink to ~/fast/work and when I build I cd into ~/work/tip/fb-rel and then run ../mozilla/configure followed by make. In this scenario the build fails with jscpucfg.h not being able to figure out the endianness of my system. This used to work all fine, but 1231315 broke things when it landed.
