Steps to reproduce:

1.I reinstalled my operating system.
2.Re-installed firefox.
3.Logged-in to firefox sync account. 


Actual results:

1.Only some of my saved passwords are synced.
2.None of my bookmarks are getting synced.


Expected results:

1.All of my saved passwords should get synced.
2.All of my bookmarks should get synced.

Needs further investigation of the error log.

The logs seem to imply that there are 18 local bookmarks, only 2 of which are not already on the server, and the sync of those 2 succeeded. 
mg53.sumit, can you please check your bookmarks again, and make sure they haven't been placed in the wrong place (eg, they may be in "unfiled bookmarks" or similar.
