Steps to reproduce:

Nightly 46.0a1 (2015-12-22) on Windows7
But I'm not sure whether this bug occurs on other platforms...

1. Press Shift+F7 to open Style Editor.
2. Press Ctrl+F to open a search column.


Actual results:

The search column is almost transparent as seen in the attached screenshot.


Expected results:

The search column should showed correctly.

Thanks, it only affects 46 since it was introduced by Bug 1233127.
