autoload does not land a patch which has one r+ and one r?

I had four patches in [1]. While I clicked autoload, my fourth patch "Bug 1221459 - Remove SelectionStateChangedEvent." had two reviewers, and one gave me r+ while the other is still r?. Autoland still allows me to land, but it lands only the first three patches without any warnings. 

mozreview should probably:
1) Forbid autoload until all the reviewers have r+ on all patches. Or
2) Allow autoload if patches as at least one r+.
