[1.Description]:
[Flamekk2.2&2.5&master][Arieskk2.5&master][Settings]Launch Settings app, and create a new Firefox account in Firefox Accounts, select any one year ranging from 2003 to 2015 to invoke the  pop-up message, then disconnect the network, tap the "learn more" link to pop-up the Warning Message, the  "Cancel" button can't work.

[2.Testing Steps]: 
1. Launch Settings ->Firefox Accounts
2. Create a new account
3. At the Age Verification page, select any one year ranged in year from 2003 to 2015.
4. Tap Next button, then invoke the Pop-Up message.
5. Drop-down notification bar, and disable network via status bar.
6. Tap on "learn more" link.
7. Observe the pop-up page, and tap Cancel button.


[3.Expected Result]: 
7. The "Cancel" button should work normally.

7. The "Cancel" button can't work.
