Steps to reproduce:
Bug report: FireFox 43.0.2 Print function
The table of contents for the Journal Of Natural Products does not print out properly.
Go here, and compare the 10 page TOC which can be read on your monitor screen to the 3 pages that print out when using FireFox's Print function:

The monitor display is fine, but the Print function isn;t.
FireFox 43.0.2 running on OS-X 10.8.5
Actual results:
Only 3 of the 10 pages of the table of contents printed out, and only the second was complete.
Expected results:
All 10 of the TOC pages should have printed out exactly as shown on my monitor screen. Attached is a PDF of whatt prints out. Please compare it to the page at that URL as displayed on your screen.

I can reproduce this bug on Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:46.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/46.0 ID:20151228030213 CSet: 7c83da46ea740bc14028aca9f9a662f062de5586
Steps:
- Load http://pubsdc3.acs.org/toc/jnprdf/78/12
- Click "Hamburger" menu
- Click "Print"
Result:
Print preview contains 3 pages
Expected result:
Print preview contains 9 pages as in Chromium
