Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; WOW64; rv:43.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/43.0
Build ID: 20151221130713
Steps to reproduce:
Today I updated Flash 19 to Flash 20. Doing that one instance of Firefox was still open,
probably because of this I have two NPSWF32*.dll now.
Actual results:
Firefox uses the new plugin, but If I disable the old (Flash19) plugin ("never use"), Flash 20 plugin is disabled as well.
In detail: If I change Flash19 plugin to "never use" in the plugins menu, it shows that Flash 19 is disabled without showing the changed state of Flash 20.
If I leave and re-open the plugins menu, Flash20 is shown as "never use" as well.
PS: I know that I can simply delete the Flash19 .dll file!
Expected results:
If I disable Flash 19, Flash 20 should not be disabled with it.
If Flash 20 is disabled with it, it should be shown instantly (not only on re-open)

Our plugin enable/disable prefs apply to all versions of a plugin by design (otherwise a plugin upgrade would forget the user setting). So this is WONTFIX. For new plugin instances, Firefox always uses the highest available version.
