[1.Description]:
[Flame master][Aries master][Cost Control] Select a month later than 6 when Starting on date is Month type, then change the type to Week, then Starting on date shows as blank.

[2.Testing Steps]: 
Precondition: Insert a SIM card, and haven't launch Usage after Flashing the device.
1. Launch Usage.
2. Go through the Usage FTE until Data Report page.
3. Change the Starting on date later than 6( like 7,8...).
4. Change the Report type to Week , and tap OK, observe the Starting on selector button.

[3.Expected Result]: 
4. There should be " Monday " in the selector button.

[4.Actual Result]: 
4. The selector button is blank.
