User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; rv:43.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/43.0
Build ID: 20151221130713

Steps to reproduce:

Steps to reproduce:
1. Install Firefox V43.0.2
2. Open any any URL (say http://www.google.com)
3. Go to "Tools", then click on "Page Info". (Alternatively, you can go clicking on lock icon if connection is secure or globe icon if connection is non-secure which is located near to URL field icon, then click on arrow on first item, then click on "More Information" button)

Actual results:

Page info UI is shown on which "Help" button located on right bottom corner is chopped.

Expected results:

1. Page Info UI should be shown properly without chopping any item.
2. In this case, "Help" button should be visible properly.
