we have generated an alert for a win8 session restore performance regression, after retriggers and comparing to the previous push, we have found the culprit:

If you want to push to try to see if a fix reduces this, you can do:
try: -b o -p win64 -u none -t other

it appears there are no other regressions related to the changes from bug 1160971.

:jolesen, I know this is the second bug for a similar test, but it is pretty clear on the graph and the data that we have two unique regressions for win8, can you also take ownership of this (as you are the patch author) and help determine how to resolve this?

I believe that bbouvier's patch for Bug 1235408 will take care of both these issues.
