User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:43.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/43.0 Build ID: 20151221130713 Steps to reproduce: 0. Make sure the menu bar is hidden (default setting) 1. Click in the (empty) address bar. 2. Click the 'triple bar' menu on the right-hand side. 3. Start typing, so that suggestions start appearing below the address bar. 4. Type ALT+F so that the menu bar at the top appears. Actual results: You get 3 user interface elements active at the same time: a) triple bar menu, b) drop down suggestions c) menu bar This is not user friendly. Expected results: When the menu bar appears, other menus and drop-down list should close. In fact, this is the implemented behavior when the user settings specify that the menu bar be visible at all times. When the user clicks the menu bar, other menus close.
