Open Browser Toolbox (Ctrl+Alt+Shift+I), find <statuspanel> next to currently visible <browser> 2.2. Place these 2 windows (Firefox itself and Browser Toolbox) so that both windows were fully visible 3. Hover mouse over the link on "testcase 1" page 4. Move mouse away from the link Result (also, read User Story): After Step 3 statuspanel appears with some text. That text is cropped in the middle. After Step 4 text immediately cropped at the end, so it twitches. Then statuspanel disappears. Expectations: After Step 4 text should just disappear, without any twitching. Notes: 1) The same happens when I focus/leave link by pressing Tab 2) Step 2 is required if you want to make sure that [crop] attribute of statuspanel does change 3) The related code (search for "statuspanel" in those files): http://mxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/source/browser/base/content/tabbrowser.xml http://mxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/source/browser/base/content/browser.js
