When multiple bookmarks of the same page exist in different folders, and more
than one of these multiple bookmarks is visible in the list in Manage Bookmarks,
deleting one will cause the topmost version of this bookmark to disspear from
the list until Manage Bookmarks is closed. The selected bookmark is deleted,
although it will remain visible in the list until Manage Bookmarks is closed.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Bookmark the same page in several different folders.
2. Open Manage Bookmarks and expand folders the identical bookmarks are in so
all are visible.
3. Select one of the identical bookmarks (other than the topmost version in the
list) and delete it.

Actual Results:  The selected bookarm is deleted, however the topmost version of
this bookmark will dissapear from the list (but not deleted), and not the
selected one. The selected bookmark is deleted, but remains visible.

Expected Results:  The selected bookmark should be removed from the list when it
is deleted, and the topmost version of that bookmark in the list should not
dissapear.
