1235623 - Use bouncer links for Android

After we killed FTP, links on https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/android/all/ became outdated. 

For Firefox we replaced the "latest" symlinks with something like http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/releases/latest/ and use bouncer links instead.

I plan to delete http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mobile/releases/latest/ and put a similar README there.

It would be great if we replace the links on https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/android/all/ (and maybe other places) with Bouncer links:
