Menu titles for "History" and Developer" titles use text-transform: uppercase, but doesn't follow uppercase for Turkish. Some other locales prefer to avoid using text-transform: uppercase as well.

It's small-caps though, not uppercase.

Thankfully, the new Photon menu removes this madness.
