STR:
1. Make sure you have allowed popup windows on bugzilla.mozilla.org
If you haven't, you can do that at Step 3 and then repeat from the start
2. In any bugreport on bugzilla, click the dropmarker near reporter's name in comment 0
3. Middle-click "Profile"
Result: Reporter's profile opened, but autoscroll circle is still displayed and isn't functional
Expectations: Autoscroll circle should disappear after I switch to another tab.
